Climate Data for Smallholder Agriculture

Climate Edge worked with Fairtrade International and the CLAC Nicaragua, utilising concept designs of our hardware and software products to explore how best to present climate data to smallholder coffee farmers.

Hands Free Hectare

Automating Precision Agriculture

Climate Edge are featured on the Hands Free Hectare.  An innovative project, lead by Harper Adams University (UK) and Precision Decisions, growing one hectare of wheat without a single farmer setting foot on the land.

 

The project is a great example of how technology can be used to improve sustainable intensification in agriculture, and reduce farm labour costs.
